  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe, as well as Electronic Funds Transfer.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts?
    Yes, for every 9 gifts purchased, your 10th gift is on us! The value of the free gift is equal to the lowest-priced gift purchased. This offer is valid per order (not purchases over a lifetime).
  • Can I still purchase through Good Earth Gifting if I'm not a business?
    Absolutely, our packages make perfect gifts for anyone!
  • Is there a minimum order required for custom gifts?
    Not at all! We are happy to help you customize the perfect gift for any occasion - whether you are looking to purchase 1 package or 1000 packages. Our Gift Concierge service is dedicated to creating custom solutions for your gifting needs.
  • Can I return/exchange my order?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges as all our purchases are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Unfortunately if the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
  • What if my order arrived damaged?
    If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within one week of receiving your package with photos and we can work with you to send out a replacement.
  • How are gift boxes shipped?
    Our sturdy Kraft mailer boxes are shipped as-is to reduce redundancy in packaging. Inside our boxes, you will find decorative jute ribbon and kraft paper. Our products are also securely cradled in crinkle-cut paper to enhance the unboxing experience. You can also opt to have your gift box shipped in a white box with a magnetic closure (with our Good Earth Gifting logo on it). This will come in a Kraft mailer or upcycled box. We do not include the receipt in our shipped boxes due to the gifting nature of our products.
  • Is shipping included in your pricing?
    Shipping is not included in our rates but we do offer $10 flat rate shipping within the Greater Toronto Area and $15 for remaining provinces in Canada (per delivery address). Shipping to Canadian territories will be based on a per shipment basis. For bulk orders (10 or more), please contact us directly for shipping rates.
  • Where do you ship?
    Currently we only ship within Canada using various couriers including Purolator, FedEx, GLS and UPS.
  • Do you offer a local pick-up within Toronto?
    We offer local pick-ups for all orders from our location in Pickering (near Finch Avenue and Altona Road). We are approximately a 10-minute drive from the Toronto Zoo. During the checkout process, you can select the local pickup option and a confirmation with the address will be sent once the order is ready.
  • How long do orders take to ship?
    Once packed, orders within: - Our Green Delivery Area: shipped within 1-2 business days - Rest of Canada: 3-8 business days (remote areas may be longer) Keep in mind during the holiday season and due to COVID-19, delays can be expected so we recommend placing your order early to arrive on time.
  • What is your processing time?
    Orders are packed by us and ready to ship within 1-3 business days, depending on the size of the order.
  • What shipping carrier do you use?
    Our orders are delivered throughout Canada through various couriers such as UPS, DHL, Purolator, Canpar, or GLS to give you the most cost-effective option.
  • What is included in your gift boxes?
    All our products are securely placed on a nest of crinkle-cut paper, wrapped in a Kraft paper envelope and tied together with natural jute ribbon. A seed card is tied to the ribbon, perfect for your personalized greeting. Our gifts are shipped in a fully compostable Kraft box.
  • What kind of seeds are in your plantable seed cards?
    Our seed cards are embedded with a tri-herb blend of parsley, basil and oregano. Plant them in 2 centimeters of soil and keep it moist for 5-10 days and watch them sprout!
  • Do you have options if I don't want my order gift wrapped?
    Yes, we do! You can stipulate in the special instructions section upon check-out. For customized gifts, if you don't add the Kraft Gift Box in Step 1, we will automatically ship your order in an upcycled box. These are reused boxes that we collect from our community and suppliers. We try to repurpose what we can to reduce package waste and our carbon footprint. Rest assured, we always inspect our boxes to ensure they are clean and pristine before packing your items in them.
